Random acts of violence are not a new phenomenon on our college campuses and high schools. I prepared a draft article in 2008 on campus security. Attached to the article was an appendix, which was a compilation of campus violence incidents into early 2008. The updated and revised article was recently published as “Can We Secure the Hallowed Elms of Academe?” at 28 Regent U. L. Rev. 253 (2016). The appendix was unpublished and is made available here.
